The Chadwell Medical Centre Vaccination Hub (Chadwell Medical Centre, 1 Brentwood Road, Grays, RM16 4JD) will be open from 20 September 2023 to the end of October and holding walk-in clinics for eligible people to get their COVID Autumn Booster.
You will normally be contacted by The NHS and/or your GP surgery if you are eligible. Eligible patients include the following –
- Over 65 years – Autumn Booster
- Aged 18 to 64 years in a clinical risk group including those with Immunosuppression
- Carers aged 18 to 64 years
- Frontline health and social care workers
- Aged 18 to 64 years who are household contacts of immunosuppressed individuals
The Walk-In clinics (No Appointment Needed) will be held weekly on the following days –
| Wednesdays | 0900 – 1300 | 1400 – 1800 |
| Thursdays | 0900 – 1300 | 1400 – 1800 |
| Saturdays | 0900 – 1300 |
